Plant-Based Grilled Mediterranean Patties

A Mediterranean-inspired blend of spices, grains, dried fruit and plant-based grind are formed into patties and grilled for a flavorful twist on a classic burger. Top them with a dollop of hummus and serve over greens or on a bun.

  • 16 oz. Simple Truth™ Emerge Plant-Based Chick'n Grind
  • 1 package (8.8 oz.) Simple Truth Organic™ 90 Second Garlic Flavored 100% Whole Grain Brown Rice & Quinoa
  • 1⁄4 cup raisins, roughly chopped
  • 2 tbsp. parsley, chopped
  • 2 tsp. Private Selection™ Moroccan Inspired Harissa Seasoning Blend
  • 1⁄2 cup Simple Truth Organic™ Hummus


  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Combine plant-based grind, rice blend, raisins, parsley and harissa seasoning. Divide into 4 patties.
  • Oil grill grates. Place patties on grill; cook 5 minutes. Flip and continue cooking 4-6 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • Serve patties with dollop of hummus.
  • Refrigerate leftovers.
