    If you noticed a freshness problem with your produce, or if you tried a Kroger Brand, Simple Truth, or Private Selection item that didn’t meet your expectations, you can request a refund directly from the Kroger site or app by selecting Purchase History, navigating to the appropriate order, then selecting Request a Refund on the specific item. You can also call 1-800-KROGERS to speak to a live representative.

    • For an immediate replacement, please bring the item back to your store and they will provide a replacement.
    • For a refund, you can connect with a live chat representative by going to our Contact Us page and selecting the Live Chat option, or by calling 1-800-KROGERS.

    Price adjustment refunds cannot be processed online. To request a price adjustment, visit our Contact Us page to speak with a live chat representative, or call 1-800-Krogers.

    Once your refund is confirmed, it will take 5-7 business days to receive the refund via your payment method.

    Where you receive your refund is dependent on whether the item was purchased in-store or online and the payment method used for the purchase.

    • For pick-up and delivery purchases: Fresh Guarantee concerns will be refunded via the payment method used for the purchase, with the exception purchases placed via EBT and gift cards.
    • For In-Store purchases: Monetary refunds cannot be issued online at this time, please head in-store if you need the refund to appear on the payment method. For refunds initiated by 1-800-KROGERS or a live chat representative, you will receive a credit on your Kroger Plus card that can be used towards your next purchase.
