Plant-Based Burgers with Mango Chutney & Cucumber

Preformed plant-based burgers are grilled to perfection, then topped with a tangy mango chutney, crunchy cucumber and tender baby spinach for a light, quick-to-prepare meal.

  • 2 packages (8 oz. each) Simple Truth™ Emerge Plant Based Patties
  • 4 wheat buns, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons mango chutney
  • 1⁄4 cup cucumber, sliced
  • 1⁄2 cup baby spinach


  • Heat grill to medium heat. Grill patties 3-4 minutes on each side, until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • Place spinach and burgers on bun bottoms and top with mango chutney, cucumber and top bun. Serve and refrigerate leftovers.
