  • Also known as Coriander leaf and Chinese parsley, Cilantro is traditionally used to flavor Asian, Latin American and Mediterranean dishes. Add Cilantro to salsa, guacamole, and bean dips. Mix Cilantro into sour cream and spoon over chili, tacos, and enchiladas. Sprinkle Cilantro over stir-fried vegetables for added color and flavor. Blend Cilantro into herbed salad dressings. The coriander plant gives us two spices, coriander and cilantro. Cilantro comes from the leafy portion of the plant, while coriander comes from the seeds. Although they share a common source, you’d never know it from their flavors.
