A re-sealable canister of gluten free old fashioned rolled oats. Rolled Oats are whole oat groats that been steamed and rolled to a flat flake. While they can be used for a nice, thick oatmeal, they are more often used in baking. Old Fashioned rolled oats are great for organic baking like oatmeal cookies, apple crisp, muffins or homemade granola bars.
