There’s something fishy going on this week...in a good way! First up, we’ll be making our own edible fake fish eggs with a cool technique called spherification. All you need is vegetable oil, plain gelatin and a flavorful liquid of your choice (like soy sauce or pomegranate juice, for example). Let’s jump in!
