- 1 oz. vodka
- ½ oz. strawberry syrup
- ½ oz. lemon juice
- 5-6 mint leaves
- 2 oz. sparkling rosé

Directions:
In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka, strawberry syrup, lemon juice and mint leaves. Gently muddle the mint, then add ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a coupe glass and top with rosé. Garnish with a mint leaf.
Strawberry Tequila Negroni

- 2 cups tequila (blanco)
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 oz. Aperol
- 1 oz. blanc or dry vermouth

Directions:
- First, make the strawberry-infused tequila: In a jar or airtight container, combine tequila and strawberries. Cover and allow tequila to infuse for 2-4 days.
- After infusing, strain the tequila through a fine mesh sieve to remove strawberry pulp and seeds. Store in an airtight container.
- Make the cocktail: In a mixing glass with ice, combine 1 ounce of the strawberry-infused tequila with Aperol and vermouth. Stir thoroughly, then strain into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with a fresh slice of strawberry.
Watermelon Cooler

In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka, lime juice, blueberry syrup and cubed watermelon. Muddle the watermelon, then add ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a Collins glass over ice and top with soda water. Garnish with a fresh bouquet of mint and a wedge of watermelon.
