Cherry Peppers are large, red and green, pumpkin-shaped chili peppers. While other varieties of cherry peppers are hot, cherry peppers are characterized by their mild, sweet and aromatic flesh. Commonly found in salad bars, our peppers make a popular antipasto pepper. On the East Coast, you’ll often see them stuffed with provolone and prosciutto and enjoyed as an appetizer. Our Cherry Peppers are locally grown and always delivered to our Napa Valley Facility and packed within twenty-four hours of harvesting.
