She’s here to motivate you to make manageable adjustments to your diet, while also supporting your individual food and cultural preferences. Since she was raised on a Mediterranean style diet by her family from southern Italy, Marcella understands the importance of honoring customs while also making healthy food choices. In her spare time, Marcella enjoys hiking, watching sports, and reading.
